Mr Wintrip is looking for "dynamic and committed individuals" who can offer sound business and community advice to act as board members of a non-profit social enterprise based in Exeter, Devon.

A COMPUTER recycling venture in Exeter is seeking to build up a strong Management Team to help lead it through the next stage in its future development.

A1 Positive Recycling Project uses Working IT equipment which is no older than 3 yrs old, for IT hardware training & IT Refurbishment, IT Asset Management and Exe-Lan Competition Gaming.

The non-profit making organisation is the brainchild of Mr Neil Wintrip, who originally came up with the idea in May 1997. In May 2005 HE won an UnLtd level 1 Millennium award & A Community Dividend Award.

A1 Positive aim's to offer Microsoft practical-hands-on-training and skills, diagnostic workshops and other IT-based Hardware training to anyone over the age of 18.
Mr Wintrip & Mr Rudin said they are looking for "dynamic and committed individuals" who can offer practical & sound business community advice to act as board members on the A1 Management Team.

"Positive Change Through Social Enterprise"

A1 Positive Recycling aim's to establish a funding stream through the recycling, reusing of IT equipment, resale of IT Equipment, mobile phones, ink "n" toner cartridges to fund the establishment of an alternative technology/education centre for the Southwest for future generations. The centre will support adults with learning difficulties and people from disadvantaged areas and aim to teach them practical-hands-on-skills that will educate and empower them, although all groups and individuals are welcome. The funding will also go towards other not-for-profit social enterprises that focus on primarily social objectives for the community that they serve and positively promote positive change through Social Enterprise.
